1. The Premium
Credit Counseling Service is an email and internet based credit counseling service offering advice and tips on how to better credit scores and better understand how credit scores are compiled.
2. The liability to service provider, its respective agents, resellers, billers, partners, associates, joint ventures, and employees under this agreement shall at most be limited to the charges paid for this service., Provider reserves the right to modify service at will.
3. Service provider, its respective agents,
resellers, billers, partners, associates, joint ventures, and employees under this agreement shall be indemnified and held harmless by subscriber with respect to any claims of infringement or similar claims in connection with any materials, including trademarks, service marks, copyrighted material, etc., or the verification of advice and/or commentary.
4. Service provider is not affiliated with credit bureaus Equifax, Trans Union, or Experian or any others, and is not a bank or financial institution.
5. Service provider warrants that it will report positive credit updates to credit bureaus only as part of this service subscription and subscriber authorizes service provider to do so.
6. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of California.
7. This agreement shall not, without the express written prior consent of the service provider, be transferred or assigned. Termination or suspension of subscriber's telephone service, modification of address, relocation or moving shall not warrant an adjustment in charges.
8. The fee for this Premium Credit Counseling Service is $27.55
per month, and will be billed by Credit Management, Inc. of California. The monthly fee may be billed through subscriber's phone bill, it may be billed in advance for up to twelve month periods by direct invoice, credit card, direct debit from the account that the enclosed check has been deposited into or by other means. Subscriber may revoke its debit authorization or change billing method at any time by calling the toll-free customer service number provided, 800-218-5709. Subscriber may revoke its debit authorization or change billing.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a Credit Management, Inc.(CMI) product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Credit Management, Inc.(CMI), reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Credit Management, Inc.(CMI) reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Credit Management, Inc.(CMI) shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process.
